you can receive and send payments to any one who is a account holder of Paypal any where in the world. Once you become Paypal member, login to your Paypal account and initiate a transfer to another Paypal member (assuming you have sufficient funds in your account already). Simply click on the Send Money tab and enter the recipient's email address and the amount of money you wish to send. The funds will be transferred from your account to the recipient's account in real time (instantly) and both parties will receive a confirmation email for proof of payment.
With drawl of Funds:
In some countries you can with drawl your funds directly in your bank account Paypal also support bank transfer in India also. Just enter your bank account in your profile and transfer your funds directly in your account. It will take only 3-5 days to transfer the funds. As a unverified member you can transfer maximum $500 per month and $3000 total. If you want to transfer more than $500 in a month and if you reach the maximum $3000 limit then you have to verify your account for unlimited transfer. To verify the account you need Credit Card. As a un-verified member you can not send more than $500 in one month also.
